IT ASSISTANT OFFICER
Responsibilities:
• To support users for laptop and desktop trouble shooting.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of LAN and WAN.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of Windows systems.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Assist in software and hardware upgrades.
• Manage Helpdesk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with ongoing development of related firm policies and procedures, including
appropriate controls around organisational change management.

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position or responsibilities.
• Having good knowledge in Windows server and Networking (Cisco, Fortinet and Unify) administration, Veeam Backup and Restore will be advantage.
• Able to handle hardware and network troubleshooting capability in system analysing.
• Able to handle IT Asset Management.
• Experience in handling and installing PABX, CCTV and Access Door.
• Experience in handling, developing and installing an Attendance system using a Fingerprint machine or RFID Card.
• Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position or responsibilities.
