ASST FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Employees are needed as Asst
Warehouse Manager with the following qualifications

REQUIREMENTS
• Prepare month end closing and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly forecast.
• Prepare yearly budget of the plant and activity cost by department.
• Update standard cost and calculate the plan for standard cost.
• Control invoice and Payment
• Prepare tax reporting.
• Make journal entry for vendor invoice to SAP system;
• Ensure that all invoice received is according to our order.
• Prepare monthly supplier payment request
• Document filling
• Make payment to supplier and monthly routing payment such as utilities, salary.
• Calculate the ROI and assess feasibility of asset investment
• Checking daily purchase through operational cash allowance
• Join the scrap count and prepare report for scrap sales per month
• Liaise with external parties such as auditor or tax officials and bank
• Control on asset and investment, cash flow and inventory level
• Overseeing staff and other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree Finance/ accounting
• Special skills & Training, SAP, Email, Microsoft office: excel, word.
• Good English communication.
• Working with another department
