Operations Quality Superintendent
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or industrial Engineer.
• Minimum 15 years experience in O&G Component Manufacturing or EPC Company.
• Min 15 years' experience in welding & piping and vessels fabrication related to ASME Sec. II A &B, IX, V, VIII Div-1, 831.3, 31.8, API5L, SLC, 5LD, 01, ISO9001.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in QA similar function.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in offshore type of blasting & painting, dimensional inspection, PMI, hardness testers, welding gauges, thickness gauges, etc.
• Minimum Certified with CSWIP 3.2.1
• Minimum Certified Lead Auditor ISO9001.
• Certified in Welding Inspection by local or international body i.e. AWS, CSWIP, PCN or Equivalent with additional certificates for SNT-TC-1A Level II in MP/PT/UT/RT/ECT or equivalent.
• Fluent/understand organization related tools and process.
• Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
• Good communication ability and interpersonal skill.
• Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.
• Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability.
