Requirements:
1. Have good knowledge in SMT programing & mechanical
2. Have good knowledge in analytical tools
3. Good communication skill to handle interdepartmental team & customer
4. Computer literate (Ms. Office, esp. Excel & Power Point)
5. Able to work independently, team work, hardworking, assertive, thorough, discipline
6. Fluently in English written and spoken

Job Description:
- Provide strong support to new product development teams regarding
- SMT capabilities and issues related to new product development in term of design for manufacturability and assembly
- Involved in the design, development, implementation and improvement of systems, processes and product assembly procedures concerned with SMT
- Generating post build/DFM report and presenting to management and related team members
- Responsible for the development and improvement of the SMT process including its supporting processes
- Responsible for other projects and/or responsibilities as assigned
