GSD ANALYST

Responsibilities:
• Study garment construction base on Construction work sheet, paper pattern and develop sewing method during pre-costing.
• Provide operational breakdown will detailed method analysis using GSD methodology
• Review garment sample and generate accurate labor standard minute value (SMV) in every style development phase for product cowing and production planning.
• Study and improve sewing method to optimize garment standard minute value (SMV)
• Provide initial style line mapping and communicate the standard method to production
• Can be temporarily assigned to other areas as mandated by the immediate superior
when need arises
• Comply with following management requirements:

1. 65
2. Observance of customer requirements
3. Company Rules & Regulation
4. Continuous Improvements

Requirements:
• Must be a Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related course
• Must be high in analytical skills and problem solving.
• Must be a license GSD practitioner
• Can work with less Supervision.
