Quality and Operation SpecialistJob description

1. 1. Managing the production line and operators, to achieve the target of the production output within the limited time
2. Control material and make sure as less as possible waste material
3. Train operator to work following criteria and instruction
4. Increasing the productivities
5. Maintain the quality of the production
6. Manage the QC team
7. Manage and train the technician for the production and quality equipment
8. All production and quality documents optimizing, finalizing and releasing to be fully fitting Batam production and quality control. The original ones are from China team.
9. Lead factory improvement, especially the customer audit.

Requirement:
1. Good Chinese at reading, writing and speaking is preferred.
2. Good English at reading, writing and speaking
3. Min. 5 years of factory production or quality experience
4. Be family with the quality system, especially iso9001
5. Be working under pressure
