Qualification :
1. Fresh Graduate / 1 year experience (Bachelor's degree)
2. Good understanding of supply chain procedures
3. Knowledge of market research
4. Able to work under pressure
5. Willing to work on contract (PKWT)

Job Description :

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Research potential vendors
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Maintain updated records of invoices
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
