Chief Engineer

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
• Initialing, performing & overseeing maintenance program & projects
• Turnovers, general preventive maintenance, repairs, maintaining fire systems, HVAC, Chillers, etc
• Assisting team leaders in carrying out the implementation of various policies, standards, procedures, and programs relating to overall maintenance and upkeep the properties
• Handling a variety of facility maintenance requrements
• General supervision and support for the service maintenance teams at assigned properties
• Budget forecast, M/E maintenance, mechanical design, electrical power distribution
• At least 3 years of working experience in hospitalit/retail industy and preferably manager with
