- Min. S1 graduated in Electronic Background (2)
- Have experience min. 1 year (1,3)
- Have min. 2 years of working experience in the related position (2)
- Preferable Supervisor/Coordinator speacialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent (2)
- Strong leadership, honest and high integrity (2,3)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferable in wire harness processes (2,3)
- Excellent computer skill
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written
- Good communication & analytical thinking ability
- Loyal, responsible and able to work under pressure
