Job Duties:
- Provide procurement support in all office and production requirements
- Ensure deliveries are on time and there is no shortages in production or missed deliveries by suppliers
- Managing inventory stock and purchase within Company's budget
- Responsible for accurate filling system for all Company purchases
- Maintain accurate costing for projects

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain control and record all data and documents pertaining to employees and attendance
- Handle Employee request on HR matters, rules and regulation
- Maintain file and coordinate for renewal of all company licenses
- Draft and review employment contracts
Requirements:
- College education minimum (1,2)
- Female, maximal 30 years old (2)
- Minimum 3-5 years of similar working experience (1,2)
- Prior working experience in procurement will be preferred (1)
- Able to work in a fast pace environment, multi-task and strong team player (1,2)
- Must be fluent in English communication skills (1,2)
- Competent in computer skills and Office softwares (1,2)
- Able to start work within a short notice (1,2)
